1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing BillSensor or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use our service.

BillSensor is a product of Pratyasha Fashion Galaxy OPC Private Limited, a company registered in India. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.

2. Description of Service

BillSensor is a Chrome Extension and web service that detects SaaS subscriptions from billing emails, alerts you before renewal charges, and provides billing management tools. In Gmail it reads billing emails as you open them in your browser. If you choose to connect Outlook or Microsoft 365, it scans them through Microsoft's read-only connection. No Google account connection is required to use the core features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BillSensor.
• One account per user. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You can delete your account yourself at any time, from your account page or the extension settings. Deletion is refused while a paid plan is active, so cancel it first.

4. Free, Pro and Business Plans

• Free Plan: Unlimited subscription detection, 7-day Chrome renewal notifications, and a 12-month Outlook scan with manual re-scan. With a free account, email renewal alerts cover your 5 lowest-cost subscriptions. Up to 5 manually added subscriptions. No payment required.
• Pro Plan: $9/month. Unlimited subscriptions, email renewal alerts, automatic daily Outlook re-scan, dashboard, cloud sync, cancellation records, and all features. Includes a 7-day free trial.
• Business Plan: $29/month. Up to 10 seats, admin included, with everything in Pro for each member. Includes a 7-day free trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle. You can cancel anytime.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy.
• Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

6. How BillSensor Reads Your Email

Gmail

• BillSensor passively reads billing emails as you browse Gmail, and no Google account connection is established.
• Gmail reading happens locally in your browser. Gmail content is never sent to our servers.
• We cannot send, delete, or modify any emails.

Outlook and Microsoft 365 (optional)

• If you connect Outlook or Microsoft 365, the scan runs on our servers using Microsoft's read-only Mail.Read permission.
• The first 12-month scan is free on every plan. Re-scanning is manual on Free and automatic every day on Pro and Business.
• Email content is processed to recognise subscriptions and is not stored.
• We cannot send, delete, or modify any emails.
• You can disconnect at any time from the extension, and revoke access from your Microsoft account settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BillSensor for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the extension or backend
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the BillSensor API

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BillSensor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that all SaaS billing emails will be detected, or that all renewal alerts will be delivered on time. Always verify your subscriptions independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

BillSensor is not liable for any charges you incur from SaaS providers, whether or not our service detected or alerted you about them. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BillSensor after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
