1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing BillSensor or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension and do not use our service.

BillSensor is a product of Pratyasha Fashion Galaxy OPC Private Limited, a company registered in India. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized Merchant of Record.

2. Description of Service

BillSensor is a Chrome Extension that monitors SaaS subscriptions by passively reading billing emails as you browse Gmail, alerts users before renewal charges, and provides billing management tools. No Google account connection is required to use the core features.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use BillSensor.
• One account per user. Multiple accounts are not permitted.

4. Free and Pro Plans

• Free Plan: Unlimited passive subscription detection. Up to 5 manually added subscriptions. No payment required.
• Pro Plan: $9/month. Unlimited subscriptions, email renewal alerts, cloud sync, cancellation records, and all features. Includes a 7-day free trial.
• Team Plan: $29/month. Up to 10 members. Includes a 7-day free trial.
• Paid plans are billed monthly via Paddle. You can cancel anytime.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. No questions asked. See our Refund Policy.
• Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.

6. How BillSensor Reads Gmail

• BillSensor passively reads billing emails as you browse Gmail — no Google account connection is established.
• All email reading happens locally in your browser. Email content is never sent to our servers.
• We cannot send, delete, or modify any emails.
• Pro subscribers may optionally connect Gmail via read-only OAuth for inbox history scanning (coming soon). This connection can be revoked at any time via Google Account settings.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BillSensor for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the extension or backend
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to access the BillSensor API

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BillSensor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that all SaaS billing emails will be detected, or that all renewal alerts will be delivered on time. Always verify your subscriptions independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

BillSensor is not liable for any charges you incur from SaaS providers, whether or not our service detected or alerted you about them. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BillSensor after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
